Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Objective:
We are hiring a highly motivated, proactive, and autonomous Sales Coordinator with a proven track record of increasing sales through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and competitor insight analysis. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and driving corporate sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and qualify new leads to expand the customer base. Focus on generating leads and closing deals.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and follow up on sales proposals.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly phone clients to monitor satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
  • Competitor Insights: Gather insights into competitors' offerings to better align our product pricing and sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep the sales pipeline updated according to management guidelines.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with potential and existing clients to meet sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Sales, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of training processes (e.g., MQA, HRDC) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills
  • High proficiency in English & French (verbal and written).
  • Experienced with Google Workplace and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage documents, orders, and customer records.
  • Careful attention to detail for accurate order processing and information management.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, focusing on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Goal-oriented, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting where collaboration and flexibility are valued. Frequent interaction with team members and clients is common.
