About Neslihan Uludag

Neslihan Uludağ is an acting coach and corporate role-play facilitator with expertise in using theatrical techniques for professional development. She holds a Master of Arts in Acting from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (UK) and a Bachelor’s in Business Studies from the University of Westminster. She has worked in international theatre, film, and television, including productions like Julius Caesar and The Cherry Orchard, as well as on Netflix and Turkish TV. Since 2021, she has been facilitating corporate training with React UK, focusing on leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence through role-playing.
About Kesho Gooriah

Kesho Gooriah, Founder and Chief Soft Skills Officer at Soft Skills Consultants (Mauritius) Ltd., has 40 years of leadership experience in Mauritius and the UK. He has worked with over 430 corporate clients and trained 3,000 professionals in leadership and team development.
He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Development from the University of Napier (UK) and an MBA from the University of Surrey, with expertise in Performance Management, Kirkpatrick Evaluation, and Competency Modelling.
