Kesho Gooriah is a Career Development Consultant and founder of Soft Skills Consultants (Mauritius) Ltd. He has over 40 years of experience, including seven years in the UK (2002–2009) teaching and coaching international students.

Kesho holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Napier University, UK, a Post Graduate Certificate in Soft Skills and Experiential Learning from Unimenta, UK, and an MBA from the University of Surrey. He is a Registered Career Development Professional under the Career Development Institute (UK) and works with a team of professionals to deliver tailored guidance and training.

Kesho has trained over 3,000 delegates from the public and private sectors and worked with 384 corporate clients. He has also led 22 projects under the National Skills Development Programme (NSDP), helping young adults develop employability skills.

Kesho is a subject specialist for the Higher Education Commission and a member of the Faculty of Business & Management at Université des Mascareignes.
